Terms of use
These terms govern access to the public StarPath website and authorized education workspace.
Effective July 23, 2026Authorized use
The public website may be used to learn about StarPath and submit a genuine family inquiry. The protected workspace is limited to users invited by StarPath and may only be used for legitimate educational purposes.
Account responsibility
Users must sign in with their own identity, protect their account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access may be suspended when necessary to protect students, families, or the service.
Student information
Users may only view, upload, or change information that their assigned role permits. Downloading, sharing, or using student information outside an authorized educational purpose is prohibited.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the service, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person, scrape protected records, or submit false enrollment information.
Educational decisions
Website content and software displays do not replace official enrollment agreements, academic policies, educator judgment, or applicable regulatory requirements. Formal decisions must follow approved StarPath procedures.
Payments and monthly tuition
For USA and International pathways, the StarPath Assessment costs $200 USD or €200 EUR and is required before enrollment. If the student enrolls, the Assessment fee is credited toward the first tuition payment under the enrollment agreement. Part-time academic support costs $299 USD or €299 EUR per month and full-time academic support costs $499 USD or €499 EUR per month for 10 months, unless an approved written agreement states otherwise. Eligible Colorado students receive the Assessment at no charge after enrollment through the separate Colorado pathway; residency, eligibility, seats, enrollment, and current program requirements must first be confirmed. Stripe presents the selected currency and terms before payment. A successful payment does not by itself activate enrollment, award credit, or make an academic or eligibility decision.
Availability and changes
Features may change as StarPath improves its services. Planned maintenance, security events, or circumstances outside StarPath’s control may affect availability.
